FLAT RATE MEDIATIONS

You pay for a 4-hour medication and any prep work, phone calls, reviewing of documents, etc. are included in the rate. 

If you are getting divorced and have an agreement with almost all of the terms, then this option is for you. I help mediate any sticking points and then I draft up the final paperwork so that you don't have worry about how to get from mediation agreement to final decree. 

You pay for a full day medication. We will mediate until we have a settlement or until the parties decide to stop. This will also cover any prep work, phone calls, reviewing of documents, etc.  

For less than the cost of retaining one attorney, I will provide a full day mediation with the sole purpose to get an agreement on all issues with your divorce. Once we have mediated successfully, I will draft up the final paperwork for the parties.
